If you want to know what is the quickest way to lose weight, then this article will answer that for you. It's not terribly hard to do, but it does require some effort. Listen, the bottom line is this... if you want to lose weight, you need to do something different. I'm going to share with you a different way that really isn't too hard for you to do.

What is the quickest way to lose weight?

The answer is DIET... generally speaking. Diet beats out exercise by a HUGE margin when it comes to fast weight loss. So how do you go about this? Follow these simple rules...

1. Eat 20 or more grams of protein with each meal

Protein is an appetite suppressor. It also blocks rapid rises in your blood sugar levels due to the simple sugars in so many processed (to death) foods.

2. Eat fiber with each meal

Fiber is the little talked about simple way to lose weight. If a weight loss "guru" doesn't even talk about fiber, they're stupid. Because foods are so processed, they're stripped of their natural fibers. This is definitely not good. I'll bet you get about 10 grams of fiber. Guess what... the American government recommends you get 25 grams a day. I however, recommend you get 40 or more grams of fiber to really kick in weight loss through digestive efficiency.

Black beans are my best way in getting plenty of fiber since a can has 25 grams and only takes 5 minutes to cook. Lentils and apples are also good choices.

3. Snack regularly on protein and fiber foods

For this, I go with apples (fiber), string cheese (protein), and beef jerky (protein).
There you go... 1-2-3, what is the quickest way to lose weight in a sensible and easy manner... the 3 things I just mentioned above.
